Free Tracked U.S. Shipping

CalmPet orders shipped within the United States include free tracked standard shipping. Available delivery options and any applicable costs are shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are prepared as quickly as possible. Your order confirmation and tracking email provide the latest delivery information for your order. Delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Please allow time for the carrier to register the first scan.

Address changes

Email hello@calmpet.club immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
