Try CalmPet for the full 60 days. If CalmPet is not right for your dog, you may request a full refund within 60 days of delivery. No return of the used collar is required.

How to request a refund

Email hello@calmpet.club with your order number. We will confirm your request and return the eligible amount to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

Contact hello@calmpet.club as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the issue so we can make it right.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
